It takes a village to help make Valley Bible Church run smoothly and efficiently! Volunteer teams serve in numerous areas including Children’s Ministry, Hospitality, Community Impact, Congregational Care, Facilities, Global Impact, Life Groups, Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Social Media, Worship Band | Projection | Sound Team, Young Adult, and Youth. Valley Men | Meat & Compete
We are kicking off our men’s ministry, Valley Men, with our first ever Meat and Compete BBQ and Cornhole Tournament! Meat? Competition? Fire? What could be better? Come show us your awesome cornhole skills, enjoy some delicious BBQ, and hang out around the fire with us!
The Meat and Compete BBQ and Cornhole Tournament will be October 18 from 3pm-6pm. Please register using the button below to let us know you’ll be there!
Region 4 Knitting Drive
As we all know, Connecticut winters can be cold and harsh. Unfortunately, we have families within our own community that cannot afford proper winter clothing for their children, to keep them safe, warm, and healthy. To fill this need, we are hosting our annual Knitting Drive to benefit children in the Region 4 School District (which includes Deep River, Chester, and Essex). We are looking for knitted or crocheted:
Hats
Scarves
Cowls
